Hello everyone,
Today my thoughts are on the Nykaa Peony and White Lilly hand and nail creme. When COVID 19 started the sanitizing part of being hygienic to protect ourselves from the pandemic got intense and still is. Amidst the constant sanitizing of our hands, I realized the importance of a hand creme, as the more you clean your hands the more your skin dries. Thus hydrating the hands after sanitizing is very important. There are many hand creams out there in the market but I wanted to pick up Nykaa’s product. Well to be honest the packaging was just too cute to skip buying it. The hand cream range is a part of the nykaa naturals category. They carry sixteen variants of the hand creams. Some of them are peach and almond, vanilla and cinnamon, magnolia and white tea and so on.

My Experience
The Nykaa peony and white lily hand and nail creme is thick in texture and white in color. When I first used it, I could see the cream consistency is thick, due to which you don’t need that much product. The cream glides like butter and does get absorbed by the skin. You sort of feel greasy when you first feel the product on your hands but then it fades, hence use less, if you use more you would feel a little greasy. The scent of the cream is floral and lovely scent of lilies with a bit of peony kicks in. Nothing too overpowering when it comes to the fragrance. It is hydrating as the brand claimed.
In today’s moment of sanitizing or rather COVID times using a hand cream is good for the skin, as constant sanitizing makes the hand dry. This cream is good if you belong to the dry skin category but oily skinned people may find it slightly greasy and I am not sure if it is with this particular variant or the others are formulated differently. But it is a good cream. I love carrying it around in my fancy little essentials pouch. Travel friendly too, you don’t have to worry about spilling it. Coming to the price, it is expensive as the quantity you get is less. Nykaa does offer the product on sale but even so it goes up to 15% reduction sometimes 20% at times. The tube is actually small when you see it online I feel. So I don’t think it would last you that long. But apart from that I like using the cream.
